ClipGrid is a video review workspace run for you by [Company name], [company code], [address], Lithuania ("we"). Your workspace is a private instance: your team signs in, your clients open share links — no client accounts, ever.
The workspace owner controls the seats. You're responsible for what happens under your accounts and for keeping passwords to yourselves. Anyone holding a share link can watch the cut behind it and leave notes — share links are yours to send and to retire.
Footage, cuts, notes, and names you upload belong to you and your clients. We host them to run the service and touch them for nothing else. You confirm you have the rights to what you upload.
Don't use ClipGrid to host content that's illegal, that infringes someone's rights, or to attack the service or other people's instances. We can suspend a workspace that does.
Plans are flat per workspace and billed through our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record and handles VAT and invoices. Storage is the only meter — when a plan's storage is full, uploads pause until space is cleared or the plan changes.
We keep the service running with care but sell no uptime guarantee at this stage. Every workspace is backed up nightly; snapshots are kept for 35 days.
Cancel whenever you like — the workspace runs until the end of the paid period. We keep your data for 30 days after that, export it on request, then delete it.
ClipGrid is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
If these terms change in a way that matters, the workspace owner gets an email before the change applies. Lithuanian law governs these terms.
